On September 18, Savage Stone paused operations to host a 5K Cross Country Meet for Guilford Park, Wilde Lake, and Glenelg High Schools.
Nearly 100 runners enjoyed a unique course around the 100-acre quarry rim.
We are grateful to our 20 staff volunteers for ensuring a safe event and to the athletes who helped clear the course and shared their appreciation for the scenery.
